Our story
Our founder and CEO, John Bertrand, PE, has worked in public works and utilities for more than 15 years. He recognized major inefficiencies in traditional approaches to managing service requests and responding to emergency situations. Many of those inefficiencies were related to communication, including the manual process for forming response teams, categorizing after-hours customer reports, and notifying residents or businesses during large-scale events. John knew there had to be a better way for service providers to manage these critical procedures.

John teamed up with Ryan Rosenbaum, our CTO, to develop a response management platform that could solve those problems and change the way organizations manage response efforts. As Daupler listened to users, they discovered new pain points to solve and innovative ways to make the platform even more valuable and simple to use.

Today, over 200 municipalities and service organizations use Daupler's technology.
