Built to connect
Daupler RMS integrates with most common systems used by utilities, public works, and other service organizations. Daupler RMS is built using RESTful services, but our flexible integration system can work with all types of APIs. We do not use a third-party integration solution provider. Our knowledgeable staff will provide clear information requests to collect the inputs for a seamless integration process.
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Work Order Management Systems
An integration with CMMS or work order systems enables a singular tracking tool for work activities related to routine maintenance, service requests, and emergency responses.
Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and other sensors/IoTs
Daupler RMS can use data from infrastructure sensors and alarms to create incident reports. It can also combine system sensor data with customer reports to present a more comprehensive incident view.
Billing, Customer Information Systems (CIS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Daupler RMS can integrate with customer-related databases so staff can easily see billing status and history related to service requests.
Outage Management Systems
Validate customer reports with known outage data, and sync restoration activities with Daupler RMS dispatch, customer notification, and crew monitoring tools by integrating with an existing outage management system.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Data from GIS platforms can be overlaid on data from Daupler RMS to show where service requests and emergencies are occurring across the system or infrastructure network.
Citizen Request Management Systems
Requests handled through an existing Citizen Request Management system can be sent through Daupler RMS for optimal routing and response tracking for each request.
