How long will the demo be?

Demos are usually 30-45 minutes, but we will tailor them to meet your availability and interests.

Is the demo a sales call?

No. We want to learn about your organization and gauge the potential value of Daupler to your operation. This will help you determine if further exploration would be helpful.

Do I need anything for the demo?

There is no need to prepare anything in advance of the demo. We will send you a Zoom link that you can use at the scheduled time. You do not need to download Zoom to join the meeting - it will work in any standard browser.

I don't make purchasing decisions for this kind of thing. Should I still do a demo?

Absolutely. If you or your team handles service requests and/or emergencies, we would appreciate the opportunity to provide an overview of applicable capabilities. We'd like to understand how our system could fit within your processes and get your feedback on relevant features.

What if I'm not looking to change right now?
