I think about 2021, I’m filled with gratitude and optimism for what the future holds. Despite operating in a mostly virtual business environment, Daupler attended more than a dozen in-person events and client trips when it was safe to do so. With no shortage of video conference meetings and home office days, these opportunities to connect with valued customers was inspiring to say the least. At a time of relentless uncertainty, I’ve never been prouder to support the critical service providers who are the backbone of every community. We depend on these vital workers every day, and I’m glad they can rely on us.
In 2021, the Daupler team continued to deliver outstanding service while expanding products to provide even greater value to our clients. Event detection, expanded automated roster callouts, and additional mass notification capabilities were introduced this year, and users are seeing dramatic response performance improvements with these new features. They are also seeing improved satisfaction from their customers as response times improve, transparency increases, and call hold times drop.
Daupler’s footprint grew significantly in 2021, with a two-fold increase in the number of municipal clients we support with response management solutions. It is exciting to see our impact getting exponentially bigger as organizations recognize the tremendous value Daupler can add to their operations.
2022 has already had a challenging start, and we will maintain a safety-first ethos to protect our employees and partners. We hope to gather customers in-person for a user meeting later in the year, but we will remain flexible as event guidelines evolve. We also look forward to attending NRECA’s TechAdvantage in March, the ACE conference and the American Public Power Association’s annual meeting in June, and many other events throughout the year. We hope to see many of you there. Please stay tuned for announcements about new product releases and keep the feedback coming so we can continue to improve and develop offerings to align with your needs.
